My Australian Tourist Visa: (SUBCLASS 600) VISA FOR FILIPINOS

Type of Visa: Visitor (subclass 600)

The first step in applying for a visa is to identify the type of visa which applies to your purpose.

In my case, my family intends to visit Australia as tourists. So, we applied for Visitor (subclass 600) visa.

If you intend to enter the country with a different purpose such as an immigrant or a worker (visa condition 8101 – no work), this blog does not apply to you.

However, if you intend to study, the Visitor (subclass 600) allows a maximum of three months of study (visa condition 8201).

WHY do you want to travel to Australia?

I have chosen Australia because my family has not been to the “Land Down Under.”

Also, my family wishes to experience a 7-day Hey mate! tourist vibe, such as city walking around Sydney like the locals of “Oz” do and having a groupie with real-life Koalas and Kangaroos.
